We are proud to announce our allegiance to Fairmined with the launch of our first capsule collection using 14k Fairmined Gold and post-consumer diamonds. Fairmined is an initiative whose label certifies gold from responsible, traceable artisanal and small-scale mining organizations. Miners receive not only fair prices for their gold, but also a Fairmined premium which enables them to invest in improvements in their mining organization, developments in the local community, and environmental preservation.
Johanna will be travelling to Colombia this September to visit Fairmined certified mines and to meet some of the miners firsthand.
We hope this new collection is an expression of our growing commitment to make jewellery that promotes human rights and environmental preservation.
