Warranty
All JBJD pieces are handmade in our Winnipeg studio with care, using the finest materials and inspected for quality assurance. We offer a lifetime warranty against all manufacturing defects and craftsmanship related deficiencies. Our warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear such as the wearing of metal, stone damage or breakage due to wear, neglect or accidental damage or loss, etc. We recommend inspecting your jewellery annually to prevent stone loss. With regular wear, settings can become loose over time.
Repairs/ Adjustments
If your new JBJD piece requires a size adjustment or repair, please contact us at shop@johannabrierley.com. We only do repairs and make adjustments on our own work. Repairs/adjustments will only be considered within two weeks of purchasing or receiving the item. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Each item is assessed individually to determine the necessary repairs. A charge may be required to repair an item, this is determined upon assessment. If you purchased the item from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for repairs or adjustments.
