How do I know that my order has shipped?
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation and summary of your order to the address provided. You will then receive another email once the order has been shipped. Please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship all over the world. For orders being placed outside of Canada and the USA please email us at email@example.com for specific shipping rates.
Can I expedite the shipping process?
Overnight shipping is available at an additional cost. Please contact us if you need an item by a certain date and we would be happy to see how we can accommodate your request.
Do you accept custom design orders?
Yes! Contact us to find out more about what we can do. We can also stamp letters and add stones into many pieces available on our site for customization purposes. Just ask!
Can I return or exchange my piece?
Please see our return/exchange policy for details. Unfortunately all custom and sale pieces are a final sale.
How do I care for my jewellery?
We recommend storing your jewellery in and airtight container or plastic bag when not wearing. To clean we like to use a light paste of baking soda and water, then rinse thoroughly. For more severe tarnishing use a silver cleaning product.
What materials do you work with?
All silver pieces are sterling silver. We also use pink brass and bronze for larger objects. There are some fabulous pieces made with 14 karat white and rose golds and 18 karat yellow gold. All diamonds are fully faceted, and we always use SI1 to VS1 quality diamonds. We also use many other coloured stones and beads. If you are looking for something specific please feel free to contact us. Quality is of the utmost importance to JBJD - you can be confident that your piece has been constructed with the finest materials and labour.
